Returns & Refunds Policy
At MairaFood, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality food products delivered fresh to your doorstep. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Perishable Items
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns on most food items once they have been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, or spoiled goods), please contact us immediately.

To request a refund or replacement, please email support@mairafood.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item or verify your claim, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at support@mairafood.com or via our customer support chat. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation, especially for same-day or express orders.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return in cases of:
